Vidvera provides AI-powered tools for creating short-form videos, scripts, captions, and related creative assets. By accessing Vidvera, creating an account, or using any feature, you agree to these Terms.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, including prompts, uploads, downloads, generations, and exports.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Vidvera. If the law where you live requires a higher minimum age or permission from a parent, guardian, employer, or organization, you are responsible for meeting that requirement before using the service.

If you use Vidvera on behalf of a business or client, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

Some Vidvera features use credits. Credit costs may vary by model, output type, resolution, duration, queue priority, and other generation settings. We may update credit pricing as models and infrastructure costs change.

Paid plans, subscriptions, and top-ups renew or expire according to the terms shown at checkout. Unless a checkout page says otherwise, fees are non-refundable once credits, generations, exports, or paid features have been used.

We may pause or limit access if a payment fails, a charge is reversed, or we detect abuse, fraud, or unusually risky activity.

You keep ownership of prompts, uploads, product images, scripts, audio, video, brand assets, and other materials that you submit to Vidvera. You are responsible for having the rights needed to use those materials.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment obligations, Vidvera does not claim ownership over the AI outputs generated for you. You may use your outputs commercially unless a specific model, provider, or feature displays a different restriction.

AI systems can produce inaccurate, similar, unexpected, or legally sensitive material. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, advertising, monetizing, or distributing them.

You may not use Vidvera to create or distribute illegal content, non-consensual sexual content, hateful or harassing content, malware, scams, impersonation, deceptive political content, or material that infringes someone else's rights.

You may not attempt to bypass rate limits, credit accounting, security controls, model restrictions, or access controls. You may not scrape, resell, reverse engineer, or overload the service without written permission.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when we believe these Terms, platform rules, provider policies, or applicable laws have been violated.

Vidvera relies on third-party providers for authentication, storage, AI generation, payments, analytics, hosting, and media processing. Those providers may process data as needed to deliver the service.

Third-party models, APIs, websites, or download sources can change, degrade, reject requests, remove content, or become unavailable. Vidvera is not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes, but we will try to keep the product reliable.

Vidvera, including its software, interface, workflows, branding, documentation, and original website content, is owned by Vidvera or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the platform to you.

Feedback, suggestions, and product ideas you send us may be used to improve Vidvera without obligation to compensate you.

Vidvera is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output will achieve a specific number of views, conversions, sales, or revenue.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Vidvera will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, platform bans, advertising losses, or business interruption.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the product, email, or the website.

You may stop using Vidvera at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if needed to protect users, the platform, our providers, or to comply with law.
