License

Vidvera grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Vidvera application and related services for creating, editing, managing, and exporting your own creative projects.

This license is for your personal or internal business use unless we separately agree to broader rights in writing. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Vidvera.

The Vidvera platform, including software, workflows, interfaces, designs, documentation, databases, brand assets, and site content, is owned by Vidvera or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

This license does not sell or transfer ownership of the Vidvera platform, its code, or its proprietary systems to you.

You retain rights to videos, images, audio, scripts, prompts, data, product assets, and other materials you upload, create, or generate through Vidvera.

You grant Vidvera a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and store your content only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, copy, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying systems of Vidvera.

You may not use Vidvera to violate applicable law, infringe third-party rights, bypass credit or usage limits, remove proprietary notices, or interfere with the security or operation of the service.

Some features depend on third-party services, AI models, payment processors, hosting providers, or content sources. Your use of those features may also be subject to third-party terms and technical limits.

Vidvera is not responsible for third-party policies, model behavior, outages, removals, or restrictions, but we may update integrations when needed to keep the service usable.

Vidvera may provide updates, fixes, experiments, or feature changes. Updates may add, modify, or remove functionality, model options, pricing, or credit costs.

Continued use of Vidvera after an update means you accept the updated service experience and any posted changes to applicable terms.

This license remains effective until terminated. Vidvera may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, security issues, legal requirements, non-payment, or operational risk.

After termination, your right to access and use the service ends, but provisions related to ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and governing law continue to apply.

Vidvera is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free generation, or specific creative, advertising, or revenue outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vidvera will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, goodwill, platform penalties, or advertising losses.

Vidvera's total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid to Vidvera for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Vidvera harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of this license, the Terms, or applicable law.

These license terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware unless applicable law requires otherwise.
