We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product performance, improve onboarding, prioritize tools, and make Vidvera more reliable.

Prompts, uploaded media, reference links, scripts, video prompts, and generation settings may be sent to AI and infrastructure providers that help create outputs. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the requested feature or maintain their services.

Do not upload sensitive personal information, confidential business data, biometric data, private credentials, or content you do not have permission to use.

Vidvera may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure site performance, detect abuse, and understand how users move through the product.

If advertising or retargeting tools are enabled later, we will update this policy and provide any required choices or disclosures.

We share information with service providers that support Vidvera, including hosting, database, authentication, AI generation, payments, analytics, email, security, and customer support vendors.

We may also share information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, to protect users or the service, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information as a standalone data product.

Payment details are processed by third-party payment providers. Vidvera does not need to store full payment card numbers. We may receive billing status, plan, transaction, invoice, tax, and customer identifiers needed to manage subscriptions and credits.

We keep account data, project data, generations, logs, and billing records for as long as needed to provide Vidvera, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

You may request deletion of your account or certain personal information. Some records may remain where required for security, legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so you should use a strong password, protect your account, and avoid uploading highly sensitive data.
